The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business analysis, documentation and stakeholder management. Experience with CRM related projects is required in this role. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional and non-functional requirements Conduct stakeholder interviews and manage cross-functional collaboration Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals Act as a liaison between business (sales, marketing, customer care) and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle Support testing, training, and implementation planning phases Requirements 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience leading requirements gathering sessions Experience with CRM projects Excellent documentation and communication skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, etc.) Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting
