Key Responsibilities: Masterful Espresso Crafting: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, as well as teas and cold beverages. Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure personalized service for a memorable visit. Food Service: Serve light menu items including baked goods, sandwiches, and other treats, with a focus on quality and presentation. Product Knowledge: Educate customers about our premium coffee blends, teas, and food items, providing recommendations when needed. Maintain Cleanliness: Adhere to regular cleaning schedules, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment for both customers and staff. Efficient Operations: Accurately process orders through the POS system, handle cash, and restock inventory as needed. Qualifications: Barista Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced caf environment, with proficiency in operating espresso machines. Customer Service: Friendly, engaging, and able to build rapport with a diverse customer base. Flexibility: Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or on-call, depending on the role.
