Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces that elevate customer experience.Key Responsibilities:* Lead UX/UI Excellence: Conduct user research, design innovative solutions, and manage the full design process.* Own the Design Process: From initial concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with our brand.* Create Exceptional Designs: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.* Collaborate Effectively: Work with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to integrate designs seamlessly.*Stay Updated: Keep pace with design trends and continuously improve our products user experience.Qualifications:* 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative product designs in North America* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.* Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping.* Strong knowledge of user experience principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.* Leadership experience managing end-to-end design projects.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.Desirable:Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.Why Join Roomvu?Were Disruptive by DesignWe love shaking things up.
