About the Role:As a Billing Specialist at Snore MD, youll play a critical role behind the scenesensuring accuracy in billing, supporting patients with financial inquiries, and helping our operations run smoothly. What You'll Be Doing:Managing patient billing processes with accuracy and professionalismHandling insurance claims, including extended benefitsFollowing up on outstanding balances and reconciling billing discrepanciesCoordinating with clinical teams and external insurers to resolve issues and ensure timely paymentsDocumenting all billing activities and communications in our internal systemsSupporting the finance and operations teams with administrative tasks as neededAbout You:Youre a numbers person with a heart. You care deeply about doing things right and supporting others in the process. Your background may include healthcare, insurance, medical billing, or a related admin-focused role, but what really sets you apart is your attention to detail, accountability, and clear communication.
