This role involves collecting user feedback, conducting surveys, and assisting in the evaluation of technology solutions to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Conduct user feedback sessions and surveys to assess user needs and satisfaction. Communicate effectively with both business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and improve user experience. Work independently to manage tasks and deliverables within established timelines. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends that can benefit the organization. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in collecting user feedback and conducting surveys. A keen interest in technology and its applications in business. Familiarity with user experience (UX) concepts and mockups is a plus but not required.
