This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on identifying the most effective digital advertising solutions to drive growth for clients across a range of industries.Youll be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of qualified leads, creating custom proposals, and presenting compelling, data-informed solutions. This is not a media buying rolethis is a sales-first position with unlimited earning potential and direct exposure to leadership.WHAT YOULL DOIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities aligned with DOEs client profileAnswer inbound inquiries via email, FB/IG messages and web forms with prompt repliesQualify inbound leads for our Account Executive team who will help facilitate client closesRuthlessly stay on top of all inbound clients interested in our servicesOrganize inbound leads and ensure all sales team and onboarding team members have everything they need seamlesslyCreatively test replies to get the best outcome to book a sales callSell DOE Media Services such as Facebook, Google, YouTube and TikTok advertising along with SEO, Web development, Web design and Email marketing servicesProvide consistent product value to all of your clientsManage client relationships across their entire lifecycleIdentify client needs and position DOE Media in a way that sets the relationship and project up for successInvestigate the customers long-term business objectives and anticipate future needsIdentify opportunities to expand into additional functional orgs or business unitsConduct audits on digital marketing accounts (Meta, Google, Email, etc.) to identify growth opportunitiesLead sales presentations that communicate the value of our digital strategiesEffectively handle client objections and close deals with confidence and clarityCollaborate with internal teams to align on campaign strategies and client onboardingMaintain detailed CRM records and submit regular sales performance updatesStay current on trends in digital marketing and proactively identify new growth areas for clientsPartner with leadership on sales strategy, market positioning, and growth planningWHAT YOULL BRING3+ years experience closing business in a digital agency or adtech environmentDirect experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools like HubSpot or SalesforceBackground in working with email, SMS, or website development is a plusProven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionStrong interpersonal and communication skillsyoure comfortable presenting to execs or startupsCreative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-moving environmentsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligenceWHAT YOULL FIND HEREUnlimited paid time offRemote-first team with flexible work cultureCompetitive healthcare benefitsDirect mentorship from seasoned leaders in digital marketing and growth strategyThe chance to work on fast-paced, high-impact projects across industriesA collaborative, growth-focused environment where your ideas matter
