Mier Temporary Staffing is hiring!Job Title: Pricing AnalystPay : $23-$25/hrRemote and Mon- Fri 8:30 - 4:30pmOur client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities:Prepares Equipment packages using equipment layouts for company new openings and renovation projectsWorks directly with the Project Managers and external vendors to ensure equipment packages are prepared accurately and on timeWorks with Development and external Architects to ensure all equipment requirements are met for every company locationPrepare documents for AR to bill equipment package for every projectIssue purchase orders in SAP with vendor's required lead timeHandle large volume of daily requests from Project Managers, Vendors, Owners and Internal stakeholders to resolve equipment related issues to meet the restaurant opening targetsReconcile final cost of equipment packages within deadlines once restaurant opensRelated duties and special projects as assignedEssential Duties:Update daily trackers and maintain internal systems Manage internal ticketing system to receive and respond to equipment related inquiriesMaintain high levels of ticket metrics i.e. resolving requests within SLA and customer satisfactionAssist with special projects related to process improvementsHandle large volume of projects and multiple priorities within deadlinesCoordinate between Project Managers, Internal teams, Architects and VendorsQualifications & Skills:Post-secondary diploma &/or equivalent certification in materials management or businessProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Knowledge of SAPClose attention to detail is essentialStrong organizational and time management skillsSkilled in managing multiple priorities and projects; skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlinesAbility to establish effective working relationships among team membersExcellent communication skills in English - both written and verbalIf you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
