Responsibilities Strategic planning and full cycle management, leading the development of the entire project process (land acquisition, planning, construction, delivery), formulating development strategies and funding budgets, ensuring the achievement of schedule, cost, and quality goals, optimizing product positioning in conjunction with the dynamics of the UK market, and coordinating with design institutes to complete the approval of planning schemes.Compliance and government coordination, familiar with UK planning permits, environmental standards and other regulations, leading the approval and completion acceptance process, and maintaining government relations.Integrate cross departmental resources, lead engineering, design, and marketing teams, coordinate bidding, construction management, and supplier coordination, and solve major problems. Monitor sales strategy execution and customer complaint handling, drive market analysis and data visualization report output.Risk management and operation, tracking policy changes and market fluctuations, developing risk response measures, ensuring project safety and controllable costs.Responsible for team training, assessment, and cross time zone collaboration to enhance execution and efficiency. Regularly report business results, risk warnings, and improvement suggestions to headquarters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering management, architecture or real estate related fieldsRequired Skills More than 5 years of experience in real estate development in Canada or Europe and America, with at least 1 complete project lifecycle management experience, familiar with Canadian development regulations (such as planning approval, environmental standards) and local government operation modesCapable of cross-cultural communication skills, able to coordinate efficient collaboration between headquarters and regional teams Preferred Skills Priority given to holding Canadian project management or real estate related qualificationsEqual Opportunity Statement Strong ability to withstand pressure, results oriented, possessing strategic thinking and team leadership skills
