Apply now or email your profile to to get in touch with our recruitment team.Key Responsibilities:Manage the prequalification and selection of biddersPrepare and issue Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including commercial and technical contentConduct bid openings, manage bid clarification meetings, and ensure integrity throughout the bid processCoordinate technical and commercial evaluations, negotiate terms, and manage recommendations for awardOversee subcontract management, including changes related to cost and schedule, and monitor supplier progressApprove milestone payments and administer supplier claims, ensuring timely and accurate contract complianceQualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Finance, or Law preferredMinimum of 6 years of experience in procurement or contract administration, preferably in the shipbuilding industryProfessional certification (e.g., PMAC, SCMP, P.Log., CPIM) is desirableProven track record in managing multi-million-dollar subcontracts with complex requirementsStrong negotiation, decision-making, and administrative skills for effective contract managementExcellent oral and written communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approachPay Rate: $40-$45.00/hourPlease note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
