What Youll Do: Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers to achieve sales & operational goals Analyze financial reports and drive business growth Ensure exceptional customer service across all locations Execute marketing & merchandising strategies to maximize opportunities Identify and develop future leaders within the organization Monitor and reduce shrink through audits and reporting What Were Looking For: 2-3 years of multi-unit retail management experience Strong business acumen, leadership, and coaching skills Ability to analyze financials and strategize for growth Excellent communication & organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Office A college degree in Retail Management or Business (preferred) Frequent travel required company car provided!
