Thats where you come in.Role OverviewAs our Senior Account Manager & Sales Leader, youll own the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing deals, across mid-market and enterprise segments. Youll play a key role in driving adoption of both Reporting Hub and BI Genius, working closely with prospects and customers to understand their challenges, craft tailored solutions, and convert interest into long-term value.This is a player-coach role with the potential to grow into a senior leadership position as we expand our GTM team. Youll help shape our sales motion, refine positioning, and drive the successful commercialization of our software.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & CommercializationLead the full-cycle sales process for mid-market and enterprise customers: discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close.Effectively position both Reporting Hub and BI Genius to technical and business stakeholders.Translate platform capabilities into customer-specific value propositions tied to ROI and operational impact.Guide prospects through the nuances of our deployment model and secure buy-in from IT, data, and business teams.Account Management & ExpansionBuild and maintain strong relationships with active accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, renewals, and advocacy.Conduct strategic account reviews and identify ways to increase platform adoption or introduce BI Genius as an add-on.Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights back to product, marketing, and leadership.Go-to-Market LeadershipCollaborate with the CEO, VP Marketing and cross-functional teams to shape commercial strategy, messaging, and packaging.Support development and refinement of our guided pilot program, free trial strategy, and sales collateral.Contribute to scaling the GTM function, eventually mentoring new hires and helping build a repeatable sales engine.What You Bring5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, ideally in analytics, data platforms, or cloud-native products.Experience working with mid-market and enterprise-level organizations across varied industries.Strong commercial instincts with a knack for identifying and converting buying signals.Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.Comfort navigating complex buying environments involving IT, security, procurement, and business users.Entrepreneurial mindsetcomfortable with ambiguity, eager to build, and passionate about customer value.Must be located in Alberta, CanadaBonus PointsExperience selling Power BI-related tools or Microsoft Azure-based solutions.Familiarity with agentic AI or knowledge of OpenAI/Azure OpenAI platforms.Prior experience helping commercialize early-stage software products and shaping sales GTM motions.What We OfferCompetitive compensation, and performance-based incentives.Flexible, remote work culture with headquarters in Calgary, AB.Direct influence over go-to-market strategy and customer engagement model.A chance to help commercialize one of the most innovative AI platforms in enterprise BI: BI Genius.The opportunity to grow into a sales or GTM leadership role as we scale.
