In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive web products and services that are helpful, easy to understand and a pleasure to use for our 25 million plus yearly visitors. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid. Create and implement new interactive questionnaires and documents for our website Use multiple low-code or no-code Content Management System (CMS) platforms to build and publish document templates Conduct research and user testing to help optimize the customer experience Write and edit questionnaire content to make the creation of document templates simple and easy for our users Create project plans, track corresponding work, and make changes to the project scope when needed Conduct peer reviews to maintain high quality standards Collaborate with our Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to create powerful documents Analyze the sales performance of documents to optimize project effectiveness Explore, create and follow best practices for our web products Post-secondary education in Writing, Communications, Business, Library Science, Software Development (ex.
