In this role, you will lead various projects, collaborate with Interior Designers, and manage the preparation of Building Permit drawings and documents. You will also perform Building Code and Zoning Bylaw reviews, coordinate consultants, and oversee the preparation of Tender and Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Documents. Additionally, you will manage projects during the Tender and Construction Contract Administration phases and support the training of architects, interns, and designers.What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need:6+ years of experience in CanadaRegistration with the AIBC as a Registered Architect AIBCAdvanced experience in the technical aspects of architectural projects on Tenant ImprovementExperience in the preparation of specificationsProficiency in Revit and AutoCADThorough understanding of BC building code, Vancouver Building Bylaw, and Municipal Zoning BylawsExtensive experience in the Construction Contract Administration phase and performing Field ReviewsExtensive experience in understanding and coordinating engineering drawingsAbility to work under pressure on multiple projects and manage competing deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat You Will Get in ReturnThe company offers a supportive and collaborative team environment where you can grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.
