We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to meet that demand with a focus on headhunting experienced professionals for permanent positions in the Ontario electricity sector. Typical searches command higher salaries, fees, and personal commissions than more generalist agencies.You'll need at least a couple of years of experience recruiting relevant talent for permanent positions with key players including EPCs and consulting firms, ideally with some previous recruiting experience in power generation, transmission, and distribution. You'll need to be comfortable working independently and managing a busy desk as you'll be working on a steady stream of permanent searches from day one. You'll work with a dedicated client relationship management team to onboard and close roles so you'll be free to focus on delivery.In the long run, we're looking for an experienced recruiter who's interested in being part of a dedicated perms function. You'll work with a leadership team that's primarily promoted from within and sales & recruiting teams with some of the best tenure and retention in the industry to make it happen.This role offers a base salary starting at $70,000+ with uncapped commissions from the first dollra (minimum year 1 OTE: $120,000+) and a comprehensive benefits package.
