Youll handle a high volume of calls daily, responding to inquiries, providing support, and guiding patients through our services with empathy and professionalism.About the Role:As a Call Center Specialist (Patient Care), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving growth at our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:Respond to a high volume of inbound patient calls with clarity, confidence, and warmthProvide detailed information about our clinics, medical solutions, and servicesEducate patients on the benefits and features of our sleep health treatmentsUpsell and cross-sell relevant services in a way that prioritizes patient careHandle patient concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptlyMaintain patient records and documentation in our CRM systemConsistently meet or exceed performance metrics (call volume, response times, resolution, etc.)About You:Were looking for proactive, personable, and fast-learning professionals who have worked in high-volume customer-facing rolesnot just traditional call centers.You might have experience in:Customer service roles at banks or financial institutionsPhone-based advisory roles (e.g., telecom, insurance, healthcare, or utilities)Retail or service-based environments with a strong focus on customer interaction and multitaskingYou are:A natural communicator whose personality shinesyou make people feel at easeSincerely passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building lasting relationshipsA fast learner, quick to grasp complex product details and new systems, and able to apply them with confidenceAble to commute and work onsite in our Surrey Guildford clinicExperienced in fast-paced customer service roles with high volumesComfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quicklyNot afraid to take charge of a conversation and engage with patients in a friendly, approachable wayAble to juggle multiple tasks with ease, whether its handling several patient inquiries or coordinating with internal teamsSomeone who handles challenges and feedback with gracestaying positive, composed, and focused on delivering great service even under pressureEligible to work in Canada (no work sponsorship required)What We Offer:At Snore MD, we believe in rewarding hard work and offering an inspiring, fulfilling career.
