Senior Training Specialist in Toronto- Hybrid- Contract Job Description: Assignment Deliverables Training Needs Assessment, Analysis and Planning Training Design, Development and Delivery Designing viable approaches to integrate self-paced and instructor-led training with the Training Sandbox (environment) Deliver system (e.g., feature) demos to business users Designing storyboards and developing digital training content from a variety of sources including business processes, system test cases, workflows, etc. Experience and Skillset Requirements Mandatory Requirements The ability to demonstrate practical knowledge, experience delivering technical training. eLearning authoring (instructional design and development) Desired Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience delivering IT training Experience with designing and delivering training courses with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise; Camtasia, Vyond, MS Office Suite and more. Well-versed in facilitation techniques and approaches to distil technical information for non-technical business users. Skilled at leading synchronous, interactive and engaging virtual training sessions in organizations Ability and experience in interpreting data and technical documentation for the design and development of training material Ability to develop role-based training for a various business users within an organization Extensive knowledge in learning measurement and evaluation including administering competency-based assessments Familiar with AODA requirements for both interactive e-learning and written manuals.
