As the Senior Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of sales activities, ensuring accurate lead assignment, meeting scheduling, and performance reporting. This is a hands-on role that requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement. Schedule and manage daily meetings for the sales team using Zoom, Calendly, and other tools. Distribute leads to SDRs and closers, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking in our CRM. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (e.pipeline status, conversion rates). Analyze trends and present insights to sales leadership to drive data-backed decisions. Systems & Tools Administration: Oversee the use of our CRM and other internal systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data hygiene. Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and other teams to coordinate projects and share insights. Act as the go-to person for resolving sales-related operational issues, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. ~24 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar hands-on coordination role, ideally in a SaaS environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.Salesforce, HubSpot) and scheduling software (Zoom, Calendly). Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
