Role Summary As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales and satisfaction for a combination of Spa Partners within North America. You will nurture new and existing Spa Partner relationships and manage the accounts from our Vancouver Central Office. You will also conduct daily outbound sales calls to discuss sales trends and sales results, provide expert knowledge of products and promotions, and deliver key support and communications. In this role, you will be reporting to the Sales Team Lead. Responsibilities Place daily sales calls to all existing Eminence Spa Partners to promote sales Investigate and conduct business meetings with Spa Partners to learn about their business model, sales within the spa, and feedback on products Review sales reports and determine sales potential by suggesting additional and/or alternative products or services to meet Spa Partner needs Educate Spa Partners on Eminences sales programs and support the execution and implementation of Eminences sales support Manage account details in Client Management database Educate on current promotions and increase new product launch adoption Assist Spa Partners to create custom treatment protocols to complement spa promotions Complete quarterly audits of all Spa Partner pricing, account presence, and websites, to ensure that Eminence is prominently displayed Conduct follow-up trainings phone calls for completed trainings in assigned territory and upload gratis for Spa Partners into their account file Inform Spa Partners of upcoming Advanced Education Seminars and Tradeshow Events Qualifications Customer service experience minimum 2 years Inside Sales experience (particularly in a call center environment) minimum 1 year Client/account management experience minimum 1 year Background in the Esthetic or Health & Beauty industry asset Experience with Eminence product line asset Outside Sales experience asset Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience asset Second language asset Excellent sales, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills Total Rewards Competitive salary, quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company goals 100% employer-paid premiums for extended health, health spending account, wellness program, green transportation incentive, various paid time-off options available from your first day, and product discounts Focus on professional development, and 1:1 meetings with your leader The Application Please submit a resume with a cover letter.
