The Sales Account Executive will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying needs and helping individuals move forward with confidence. This is a full-time, remote position based in the Vancouver or surrounding area, with a flexible schedule. The Role at a Glance This isnt a grind-it-out BDR job. Its not a transactional SaaS sale. And its not about pushing product to cold leads. This is a relationship-first, engagement roleideal for someone who is mature, thoughtful, and persuasive without being pushy. Youll be speaking with individuals making significant life choices, often involving major personal or professional transitions. That requires clarity, warmth, discretion, and the ability to hold space for complex motivations while guiding people toward confident decisions. Youll be supported by well-defined systems, templates, and CRM tools, and will collaborate closely with a dedicated intake team that handles eligibility and approvals. What Youll Own Lead Engagement & Relationship-Building Respond to inbound prospects with empathy, curiosity, and clarity Guide, educate, and build trust through every stage of the relationship Sales Execution & Pipeline Management Manage a structured sales funnel: discovery calls, Q&A, and handoffs Track all activity through the CRM system Revenue Delivery Secure client commitments through high-conversion, relationship-driven conversations Meet quarterly performance milestones based on quality and conversion, not volume Collaboration & Market Insight Share insights and patterns with the internal team to help refine offerings and improve outcomes Who This Role Is Built For This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-trust, consultative client engagementcommonly found in sectors such as executive search, real estate development, higher education recruitment, or financial advisory. You dont need decades of experience, but you do need sound judgment: knowing when to step in, when to hold back, and how to support people through unfamiliar decisions with steadiness and care. Youre: A natural communicator who builds rapport and credibility quickly Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own pipeline Open to coaching, eager to learn, and confident working independently in a remote environment Not afraid of ambiguityand energized by a role where every conversation is different The Essentials Background: Youve worked in a consultative, client-facing role where trust, judgment, and follow-through mattered more than volume or hard selling Strengths: Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and comfort with CRM tools. Proactive, self-directed, and grounded Location: Based in the Vancouer area including Whistler and Squamish Compensation: $80,000 base salary + quarterly commissions based on high-conversion outcomes
