Team Member Fast Food Restaurant Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $18.50 per hour Work Location: In-person Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable fast food restaurant, for the position of Team Member . Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, and provide feedback to support performance and growth. Customer Service: Ensure fast, friendly service; address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Food Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality, enforce safety regulations, and conduct routine inspections. Operational Support: Manage inventory, control costs, optimize daily operations, and handle production and quality paperwork. Training & Development: Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for all staff members. Schedule: 8-hour shifts (morning, day, and evening) Monday to Friday availability Weekend availability required Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Inside Canada: Minimum 6 months of experience in food & beverage Outside Canada: Minimum 3 years of experience in food & beverage Minimum CLB 6 in English Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with technology used in food service Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $18.50 per hour Benefits: Paid time off On-site parking Immigration Support: Our client is open to applying for LMIAs for qualified candidates and will support eligible applicants for immigration pathways such as the Canadian Experience Class , Express Entry , and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs).
