Founded by beauty industry veteran Mary Futher, AKA Madame Sweat on social media the brand offers solutions for common underarm concerns with its plant-based ingredients and planet-friendly packaging. kaia naturals has received recognition from Allure, Nylon magazine, and MindBodyGreen for its innovative products.Role OverviewAs a Marketing Intern at kaia naturals hybrid role based in Toronto, youll work closely with our marketing team to support day-to-day operations and content creation across digital channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is curious, creative, and eager to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced beauty brand. As part of a small, agile team, youll wear multiple hats and gain exposure to various aspects of marketing, from social media and PR to email and eCommerce.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the marketing team with researching, editing, and planning content marketing topics.Conduct competitive research, gather UGC, and identify trends in the clean beauty space.Help manage the content calendar, track campaign metrics, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics.Support influencer outreach, community engagement, and the tracking of customer feedback to enhance brand presence.Contribute to public relations efforts, including researching media lists, drafting pitches, and coordinating influencer partnerships and special events.What Were Looking ForCurrently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, or related program.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.A passion for clean beauty, skincare, and wellness.Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, and Excelis a requirement.Knowledge of social media platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a creative mindset.What Youll Gain:Real-world experience in integrated marketing and clean beauty branding.Portfolio-worthy work across digital marketing and email campaigns.Mentorship from a close-knit, experienced marketing team.
