Youll act as the brands face in the province building brand love, driving commercial growth, and educating key trade influencers across premium hospitality venues.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the brand across Ontario, delivering impactful education and training to trade partnersDrive new business growth through premium bars, restaurants, and hotelsSecure listings and cocktail menu placements in high-potential On-Trade accountsBuild strong relationships with bartenders, bar managers, and decision-makersExecute in-venue brand activations, tastings, and promotional eventsWork closely with distributor(s) and the Europe-based Export Manager to align on strategy and sales targetsProvide regular activity reports and market feedbackRepresent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and local activationsWhat are we looking for?3+ years' experience in spirits or premium beverage sales, with an On-Trade focusStrong network within Toronto and wider Ontario hospitality sceneConfident educator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skillsCommercially minded, self-driven and entrepreneurialPassionate about sustainability, storytelling, and premium drinks cultureWilling to travel across Ontario and attend evening/weekend eventsValid drivers license requiredSalary & PackageCAD $55,000 base salaryKPI-based bonus / commission structureProduct allowanceTravel & expenses covered6-month fixed term contract (potential to go permanent)Were committed to ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
