This role involves coordinating servers, bussers, hosts, and bar staff to maintain smooth operations, enforce policies, and quickly resolve issues on the floor.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ExperienceGreet and check in with guests throughout service.Resolve guest concerns and complaints on the spot.Ensure reservation notes and special requests are accurately communicated and fulfilled.Staff ManagementSupervise FOH team: servers, hosts, bussers, and bar staff.Enforce dress code, hygiene, and customer service standards.Coach and support underperforming staff with real-time feedback.Approve breaks and manage shift schedules.Service FlowOversee table turnover and seating coordination.Liaise with the kitchen to manage food timing and guest expectations.Step in to assist service during peak hours as needed.Daily OperationsOpen/close the floor: inspect setup, cleanliness, and overall readiness.Ensure menus, condiments, and service stations are fully stocked and organized.Collaborate with kitchen, host stand, and takeout staff for smooth operations.Sales & PromotionsPromote upselling of appetizers, drinks, and desserts.Monitor POS transactions and resolve billing errors.Implement and support all current promotional activities.Skills & QualitiesStrong leadership with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skillsCalm and organized under pressure, especially during busy periodsDetail-oriented and guest-focusedKnowledge of food, beverage, and POS systemsLanguage & Cultural FitMust be fluent in either Turkish or Arabic, or of Mediterranean origin, to better connect with guests and staff and uphold the cultural authenticity of the restaurant environment.
