Site Superintendent | Vancouver, BCUp to $150,000 base salaryA reputable construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a wood-frame multifamily project in East Vancouver. This is a full-cycle site role overseeing operations from excavation to handover.Key Responsibilities: Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors Interpret blueprints and construction documents; identify and resolve conflicts proactively Maintain site documentation including daily logs and safety inspections Lead site meetings, enforce standards, and mentor junior field staffQualifications: Experience managing at least two full-cycle wood-frame multifamily projects Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word Knowledge of phased occupancy and multi-building coordination Valid drivers license Assets: Gold Seal Certification, Red Seal Carpentry, First Aid
