Akkodis is seeking a Field Service Technician (French) for a contract position with a client in Ottawa, ON ideally with experience in maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, peripherals, high-end printers, and multi-function laser devices at the component level.Position: Field Service Technician (French)Location: Ottawa, ONLong-Term ContractJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computerperipheralsDocuments, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systemsSupports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as neededRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of complicated tasksWorks under general supervision.
