Business Data AnalystResponsibilities:Manage Data Quality and Functional Requirements team for assigned products (e.g. Derivatives, Loans, Securities, Repos)Supervise a business analytic team supporting one large system or multiple systems with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assignedIdentifying, analyzing, and interpreting data to meet business requirements and facilitate developmentAbility to adopt in a metrics driven environment and good at establishing necessary governance to provide insight to managementIndependently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage and Data GovernanceLiaising with project/development teams and providing support during program and project life cyclesPartners with finance, Data and technology teams in delivery of roleQualifications:A person with 10+ years of experience, working in similar roles across banking or services technology; knowledge of corporate banking and trade finance is preferred, demonstrated leadership skillsExperience with databases, SQL and BI toolsAbility to be nimble and adjust priorities as neededPrior experience in Data Quality Issue management, Data Quality Rules, Lineage preferredEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferred
