The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale desktop transformation projects in complex environments.This is a 1-year contract with potential to extend; hybrid 1 days a week in VancouverKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery for the organization's Windows 11 migration, across both physical and virtual desktop environmentsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsOversee deployment strategies using Microsoft Intune for policy, security, and application deliveryCoordinate Azure Virtual Desktop updates and testing to ensure compatibility and performance post-upgradeCollaborate with infrastructure, security, desktop support, and application teams to minimize disruption and ensure smooth rolloutTrack project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with IT governance, security, and change management standards throughout the project lifecycleSupport change management, communications, and end-user readiness planning for a successful transition to Windows 11Must-Have Experience5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure or Technical Project ManagerHands-on project leadership of a Windows OS upgrade (Windows 10 to 11 preferred) in a mid-to-large enterprise environmentStrong experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, policy deployment, and endpoint configurationSolid working knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure, performance tuning, and user experience managementExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, or JiraApply today to get the conversation started.
