We are seeking candidates with a unique blend of aesthetics and nutrition experience to enhance our holistic approach to patient care. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, utilizing your expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. This role is a part-time and in-clinic role and will work a mix of shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 9 am to 5 pm.ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultations and Assessments: Conduct thorough consultations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment tailored to each client's individual needs.Health Status Documentation: Assess and document patient health status and needs accurately.Care Plan Development: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and overall wellness.Non-Surgical Aesthetic Procedures: Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal filler injections, and laser treatments, ensuring safety and effectiveness.Nutrition Coaching: Conduct personalized nutrition coaching and weight loss check-ins to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.Weight Loss Program Management: Monitor weight loss program patients, offering ongoing support and adjustments as needed.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurse practitioners, to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes.Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on best practices and clinical guidelines in aesthetics and nutrition.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on aesthetics and/or nutrition.Proven experience in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments.Experience in nutrition or wellness coaching and weight loss program management is desirable.Completion of college, or other approved registered nursing program.Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and in good standing as an RN or RPN.Current CPR and First Aid Certification.Strong clinical assessment and consultation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration.Licence/Certification:Nursing License (Required)CPR Certification (Required)First Aid Certification (Required)Professional Liability Protection (RNAO)Benefits:Competitive salaryA fun-loving, supportive, environment where people are challenged and expected to growWellness Haus is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
