The Role Were hiring an Ad Tech Engineer to help architect and operate the monetization backbone of a fast-scaling, high-impact screen network. Youll: Lead Ad partner integrations (SSPs, DSPs, etc.) Configure PMPs, PG deals, open exchange optimization Develop internal tooling for inventory health, proof-of-play, and revenue tracking Partner with product, deployment, and sales teams to align technical flows with business goals Key Responsibilities Integrations: Onboard and manage integrations with top-tier ad partners. Handle device registration, API flows, and delivery audits. Deal Setup & Strategy: Configure and maintain PMP and PG deals; work closely with ad partners to monitor pacing, delivery, and deal health. Yield Optimization: Fine-tuning and developing ad delivery systems to optimize fill-rates. Monitoring & Reporting: Build systems to monitor ad performance. Automation: Create lightweight tools to streamline campaign delivery feedback loops, reporting data pulls, and partner syncing. Privacy & Compliance: Ensure cross-platform data is handled in accordance with evolving privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc).
