This role involves strategic planning, interpretation of market analysis, and effective collaboration with their regional locations and respective sales and management teams to align on global goals. Identify and evaluate opportunities for entering profitable industrial sectors in developing regions for their key products.Develop and implement comprehensive market entry strategies, building on market research, competitive analysis, and resource allocation.Collaborate effectively with marketing to ensure alignment in sales and marketing initiatives.Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to achieve targets.Develop training programs to ensure all teams are informed about global strategies and product offerings.Collaborate with marketing to create industry-specific sales enablement materials and campaigns that resonate with target customers.Reporting and Analysis:Provide regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and strategic initiatives to leadership.Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales and market development within the mineral processing or related industrial sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple regions or locations.Understanding of cultural factors in international business.
