Havas Health Toronto is looking for a conceptual and detail-oriented Art Director to join our Creative Toronto team. Youll collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account leads to develop impactful campaigns across a variety of healthcare/pharma brands. Your role will focus on bringing ideas to life through engaging visualsacross digital, print, and video platforms with a strong emphasis on brand storytelling and tactical execution. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality creative concepts and campaigns that translate across multiple formats: websites, visual aids, leave behinds, banners, social ads, instructional videos, TV, radio, and more. Design compelling layouts, graphics, and UI assets with a strong understanding of brand guidelines and user experience. Collaborate with copywriters and cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and strategic alignment. Present ideas with clarity and rationale to both internal teams and clients. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, adding visual insight and elevating the overall quality of work. Adapt creative direction to meet the needs of various audiences and platforms. Requirements 35+ years of art direction/design experience in a creative agency environment (healthcare/pharma experience is a plus). Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital marketing materials , including conceptual thinking, campaign work, and execution across platforms. Excellent visual design, layout, and typog raphy skills. Solid understanding of production processes and asset handoff for both print and digital deliverables. Video editing experience is a strong asset but not required. Highly collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. Able to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
