Job Description: Celestial Systems is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive (AE) to drive new business growth in the SMC (Small and Medium Corporates) and Mid-Market segments. This is a hunting sales role focused on new logo acquisitionideal for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to build a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and acquire new SMC and mid-market clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue. Conduct prospecting activities, including cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and sales presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications & Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or consulting services. Proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing new business. Experience selling to SMC or mid-market clients is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal oriented. Ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
