Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard 2 qualified Franchise Partners per month Attend franchise shows and conventions in local area and surrounding areas as needed Build rapport and effectively convey our franchise opportunity to qualified candidates Work collaboratively with the National Director of Franchise Sales to set and implement yearly growth targets You''ll be successful if you have: Extensive sales experience Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas Excellent organizational skills Ability to build and maintain relationships Experience and proven achievement in franchise sales organization(s) Requirements: Minimum 2 years of franchise experience Minimum 2 years of sales experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus pay Commission pay Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Paid time off Vision care Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Franchise Sales: 2 years (required) Quick Service Restaurant: 2 years (preferred) Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
