Location: Hybrid (Vancouver-based preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $60,000$70,000 annually Help us fight the good fight against mediocre marketing. Popcorn Media is a tight-knit, creative agency doing big things in the world of digital marketing, media relations, and content. We work with a wide range of amazing clients across food, arts, retail, and lifestyle, helping their brands truly POP online and in real life. Were looking for a proactive and client-savvy Account Executive to join our growing team. If youre part strategist, part doer, and fully obsessed with getting results for clients, this role is for you. About the Role As an Account Executive at Popcorn, youll be the primary contact for several client accounts, responsible for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring campaign execution is seamless. Youll support the development of strategy (led by our Account Managers and Directors), then translate those plans into actioncollaborating with our creative, content, and technical teams to deliver projects that exceed expectations. Youll also mentor interns and Account Associates and support day-to-day account operations across multiple exciting brands. This is a hybrid role with in-office days in our Granville Island-area office (complete with dogs, snacks, and Bubly). What Youll Do Client Management & Communication Serve as the key day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients Maintain organized communication, status updates, and reporting Anticipate client needs and flag challenges or opportunities early Campaign Execution Translate strategies into content calendars, deliverables, and timelines Coordinate content, creative, influencer, and digital ad assets Assist with campaign launches, community management, and reporting Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand tone, voice, and KPIs Internal Collaboration Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors on campaign strategy Liaise with internal teams to keep deliverables on schedule and aligned Help oversee junior account team members and ensure their success Performance & Insights Monitor performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and DashThis Prepare monthly reporting decks and provide optimization recommendations What You Bring 23 years experience in account management, marketing coordination, or a similar role (agency or client-side) Strong communication skillsyoure confident, empathetic, and persuasive Excellent organization and multitasking skillsyou love a good checklist Experience in social media marketing, PR, or digital advertising Intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, or influencer marketing is an asset Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, etc.) Bonus if You Have Worked in a fast-paced agency or with multiple clients Experience in influencer marketing, experiential events, or branded content Copywriting or content creation experience Passion for food, hospitality, the arts, or community building What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Hybrid work environment with 3 in-office days/week Paid vacation and sick days Flexible health spending allowance Education and training reimbursement Endless sparkling water and a supportive, collaborative team How to Apply Send your resume and brief answers to the following questions to Tell us how your past experience has prepared you for this role.
