Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef with Banquet Experience at Sala San Marco in Ottawa, ON. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in meal preparation, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and overseeing kitchen operations. The role will involve collaborating with the culinary team to create and execute menu items for events.
