Role OutlineAs a Business Development Representative (BDR), youll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our client base. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the ground level of an innovative startup.Compensation : Base : CAD $60K and OTE: $120K CADWhat Youll Be DoingProspecting & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients through research, cold outreach, and networking.Qualifying Leads: Assess prospects needs and determine if our solutions align with their goals.Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and shape strategies for closing deals.Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce and consistently track performance metrics.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities to position our offerings effectively.The Profile Were Looking ForExperience: 1+ years in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (preferably in SaaS, ad tech, or a startup environment).Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and messages.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and a general understanding of digital marketing and advertising technologies.Driven & Resilient: Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
