Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist The senior talent acquisition specialist plays a key role in attracting and identifying top-tier candidates for critical positions within an organization. They are responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and guiding Tasks include sourcing candidates, optimizing recruitment processes, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across different business units Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to recruitment and employment Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and performance Continuously improve the talent acquisition process and candidate experience through feedback and process enhancements At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools Strong organizational and project management skills Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
