This position is part of a vertically integrated operation involving mining, processing, and logistics. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the delivery of regional HR operational support and services for a team of HR Advisors. The successful candidate will bring strategic HR leadership to site-level activities, coach internal leaders, and ensure alignment with a centralized, global HR service delivery model. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse workforce and interface with a global network of HR professionals. Lead a team of HR Advisors supporting internal business groups Align HR operations with business strategies and regional initiatives Deliver cyclical HR processes and site-specific programs Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential issues Manage and implement regional HR projects in alignment with global best practices Advise leadership on complex HR and employee relations matters Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline Progressive leadership experience in HR and employee relations Strong background in managing complex HR projects and operational teams Professional HR designation (e.g., Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of French is an asset Experience in a large-scale, multi-site, or industrial setting is an advantage
