We''re seeking an experienced Asset Management and Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in the ongoing transformation of municipal asset management processes. This involves leveraging digital technologies, including advanced asset management platforms and geospatial data systems, to optimize city operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with municipal teams to thoroughly assess and significantly improve their existing asset management workflows, drawing upon your understanding of city operations. Recommend tailored digital solutions, encompassing geospatial data management and automated workflows, specifically designed to meet the unique needs of municipalities . Support geodatabase integration for seamless asset data management with existing GIS systems. Serve as the primary point of contact between our city clients and our internal technical teams throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Provide strategic guidance to municipal clients on effectively leveraging digital tools to optimize their asset management and GIS capabilities, enhancing their ability to serve their communities. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with digital asset management platforms and geospatial integration (e.g., ArcGIS, Esri). In-depth knowledge of municipal infrastructure , engineering workflows specific to city operations , and relevant governmental regulations . Experience mounting and configuring geodatabases for municipal applications. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to guide clients through digital transformations and workflows. Strong problem-solving and client relationship skills.
