JTS Mechanical is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly payroll and complete all facets of payroll duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems and experience with NetSuite and/or Payworks. Participate in integration of new payroll system Payworks. Process bi-weekly payroll for salary and hourly employees (100 employees) Reconcile payroll accounts for accuracy monthly Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial legislation and regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters Other administrative duties as assigned. 3-years processing payroll ~ Experience in using accounting software such NetSuite an asset ~ Payroll certificate (PCP) ~ Strong experience with Microsoft (Excel, Word and Outlook) ~ Knowledge of Mechanical Systems industry an asset ~ Competitive wages Medical Benefits Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, Vision If you are a dedicated individual with a strong background in payroll processing and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
