Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, youll be the trusted partner for recruiting high-impact sales professionals across our Hamilton Branch. Qualify candidates through strategic phone screens and in-depth interviews you know how to spot the hunters from the pretenders. Become a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising them with market insight and candidate evaluations. Build and nurture a powerful pipeline of qualified sales talent especially for hard-to-fill or high-growth territories. Contribute to offer creation, reference checks, and background verifications to ensure quality and compliance. Support strategic recruitment campaigns, industry-specific talent maps, and job fairs where needed. Minimum 2 years in recruitment, sales, or headhunting preferably in the industrial, construction, or heavy equipment sector. A bold personality, sharp business sense, and natural persuasion skills youre great at getting on the phone and getting to yes. A solid network in Ontarios sales or industrial ecosystem is a major asset. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset. You own a car and are open to travel occasionally (up to 25%) to meet talent or attend strategic events.
