The Driving Force Inc . is currently seeking a Maintenance Advisors to join our Fleet Solutions team in Edmonton . The Maintenance Advisor is responsible for executing the fleet maintenance process. Working with the Vehicle Assessors at each branch and directly with Fleet Maintenance Central customers, this role ensures maintenance and repairs are scheduled and completed in accordance with Company standards and guidelines. Review and process new work orders and asset inspections with precision to ensure top-tier service delivery. Collaborate with fleet maintenance personnel to ensure timely vehicle completion, delivering seamless communication regarding delivery and pick-up arrangements. Partner with the claims department to provide comprehensive documentation for customer billing, ensuring all details are handled with care. Build and maintain strong partnerships with preferred vendors to secure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services. A solid background in vehicle maintenance, empowering you to make informed decisions. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook). Previous experience in customer service and the automotive industry is highly valued.
