Position: Operations Leader Location: 1125 Colborne St E, Brantford ON, N3S 0H4 Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Friday until 4:00 PM) Start Date: TBD Pay Rate: Based on experience About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and hands-on Operations Leader to oversee our daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is a great fit for someone who loves working with a team, enjoys optimizing processes, problem-solving, and making a real impact across operations. You''ll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and improving operational efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring smooth and timely processes Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments both domestic and global shipments for project work, including scheduling with couriers and internal teams Implement and improve operational procedures to boost efficiency and reduce costs Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Installation teams to meet client needs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment Use inventory management systems and other tools to track and manage operations Monitor equipment, supplies, and facility maintenance needs Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or general operations management Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team Comfortable using digital tools and inventory management systems Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to lift moderate weights and work in a hands-on environment Forklift license and/or safety certifications are considered assets What We Offer: -A supportive, team-oriented workplace -Opportunities to shape and improve operational procedures -Career growth potential in a growing company -Competitive compensation package -Health and safety-focused environment
