This role offers exposure to a broad range of human resources responsibilities from recruitment and employee relations to training coordination and workforce planning all within a fast-paced, highly unique organizational setting. Responsibilities As anHR Business Partner, youll provide full generalist HR services to a diverse client group, including: Advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace accommodation matters Leading recruitment processes end-to-end, from job postings to interviews and offers Supporting classification, compensation, and workforce planning initiatives Coordinating training and professional development activities (managing logistics and external facilitators not delivering content directly) Contributing to HR projects and change initiatives as they arise Managing day-to-day HR operational tasks essential to keeping processes moving Requirements Can prioritize in a fast-paced, reactive environment. University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of related HR experience Can tactfully influence outcomes and find practical, client-focused solutions Brings agility, organization, and a team-focused attitude Thrives in environments with frequent shifting priorities and nuanced organizational dynamics Public sector, not-for-profit, or highly regulated organization experience is highly preferreddue to the structure and expectations of this environment.
