About the Opportunity A leading and well-established manufacturing organization in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a results-driven Senior Quality Manager to oversee and elevate our quality management systems and ensure continued compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This is a confidential search for a critical leadership position reporting directly to the executive team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 (and other applicable standards) certified quality management systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lean methodologies. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold product quality and consistency. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer audits, third-party certifications, and regulatory inspections. Analyze quality metrics and report performance trends to senior leadership. Champion a culture of quality across all levels of the organization. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Proven leadership in a senior-level quality role, preferably in regulated or high-volume manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of quality systems, process validation, and statistical quality control. Strong familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Relevant post-secondary education in Quality Assurance, or related discipline; CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma certification considered an asset. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
