Utilize available information to create complete and accurate job specific records within the ERP system to assist manufacturing in producing items that conform to the customer''s specifications. Reporting directly to the Regional Customer Service Manager, the Production Planner must cultivate and ensure effective relationships and communications with the customer service, estimating, and prepress departments to obtain information pertinent to production and the estimate preparation. operations to communicate job specific information via ERP system functions and serves as the touchpoint for corrections or changes requested by the shop floor.
