Work-from-home flexibility up to 7 days each month following the initial six week period based on performance in good standing. Conference Production Coordinator As a Conference Production Coordinator, youll be responsible for researching industry trends to identify timely and relevant topics, curating compelling agendas for our summits. A key part of the role is recruiting high-level guest speakers using creative outreach strategies and maintaining strong professional relationships. Youll also serve as the main point of contact onsite at the eventensuring all speaker sessions run smoothly and delivering a seamless experience for both speakers and attendees. You must be an exceptional communicator and confident engaging with senior-level executives. 75-80% of Your Role Agenda Building & Speaker Recruitment Conduct ongoing market research to stay up to date on industry hot topics and trends. Develop a contact list of potential speakers appropriate for the conference program. through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach methods to invite them to speak. Oversee agenda content and copy edits. Coordinate with the AV service provider on audio and visual staging requirements and communicate these details to speakers. Conduct post-presentation interviews with speakers for content development. Exceptional research and writing skills. Strong editorial and content development capabilities. Business acumen and commercial awareness. Determination to meet production deadlines and deliver results. Project management experience. A valid passport and the ability to travel to the U.Previous event experience (a plus but not required). Annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
