Your New Role: Security Division Manager Our client is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Security Division Manager to lead and elevate our clients growing Security Division. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and business development. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the divisions futureoverseeing daily operations, mentoring a skilled team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients. What Youll Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Security Division, ensuring that all workflows are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of experienced security professionals, offering technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will develop and implement strategic plans aimed at driving the divisions growth and expanding its presence in the market. You will also oversee sales initiatives and take an active role in managing key client relationships, while leading business development efforts to secure new opportunities. Monitoring the financial performance of the division will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities, including the preparation and presentation of performance reports aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, you will evaluate both individual and team performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and company policies. You will support recruitment efforts, facilitate onboarding processes, and champion ongoing training and development initiatives. Conducting annual performance evaluations, resolving internal conflicts, and escalating issues when necessary will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will manage the administrative and operational functions, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives. What Youll Need to Succeed To succeed in this role, you should have between 5-7 of professional experience working with security technologies , with a strong technical foundation in enterprise-level systems. You must also have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, demonstrating your ability to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives. A deep understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practices is essential. You should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering results will be key to your success. Experience with Sage software would be considered a valuable asset.
