Job Description

Manager, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) We are currently searching for a highly skilled and experienced Manager, ERP to join our client, a leading organization with operations across Canada. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage ERP system implementations and upgrades for our Canadian-wide client, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to their business operations. Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Collaborate with our client''s cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ERP systems. Manage and mentor a team of more than 5 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure the security and integrity of ERP systems by managing Microsoft Azure, Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, and Teams. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for ERP systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to continuously improve system capabilities. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Proven experience in leading ERP system implementations and upgrades. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, and Teams. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams of more than 5 employees. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or other related technologies.
