Our client, a global leader in the technology/software industry, is looking for a SAP Data Lead (BODS) at the Manager/Senior Manager level for a remote contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data analysis efforts, ensuring data accuracy, and working with stakeholders across business and technical teams in an SAP environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead data analysis and preparation efforts within SAP environments Utilize SAP Data Services (BODS) for data extraction, transformation, and load activities Implement and monitor data quality rules and controls Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities Collaborate with SAP functional leads, data governance teams, business stakeholders, and other BODS developers Interpret and work with SAP master and transactional data structures and physical table schemas Provide leadership and mentorship to the developer team Required Qualifications: 20+ years of experience in data-related roles, including SAP Data Services Strong hands-on experience with SAP BODS (ETL, DQ rules, data warehousing) Expertise in SAP data models, including master and transactional data Previous experience leading cross-functional data teams Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
